Treat our staff, contractors, and partners with respect and dignity.
Comply with all safety protocols during supervised visits.
Not use our services for any unlawful purpose.

3. Confidentiality & Information Sharing

While we treat all client information as confidential, users acknowledge that Family Safe Solutions is mandated to report concerns regarding the safety and well-being of children to relevant authorities (such as the Department of Communities and Justice). This obligation supersedes standard confidentiality clauses where a child is deemed at risk of significant harm.

4. Limitation of Liability

Family Safe Solutions, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. We act in accordance with the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 and relevant NSW legislation.

5. Payments & Cancellations

Payment terms will be outlined in your specific Service Agreement. Cancellations of appointments or services must be made with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Family Safe Solutions and is protected by Australian copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Governing Law
